This project allow us to think differently about "Measurement". We have to measure RISD Museum without having any measurement tools. The goal of this project is that create a new space based on our initial measurement.

 

When the first time I entered Jewellery Room on RISD Museum, all of the object was covered by a glass box (for security aspect). I start to wonder why this beautiful object should covered by the box. To me, it can brought a new experience for people by having reverse circumstances. BOX for PEOPLE and OBJECT have a FREEDOM. Then, It brought me to the idea of unfolded the box and using it a tool for measurement to create a new space.
